Exhibited or EX is a unique (not to mention the only) free dinosaur simulation game. It is just so original and it allows players to go back in time and relive fantasies of their favourite dinosaurs. In this virtual world, you can raise, train, battle and breed your very own pack of raptor dinosaurs (and not just one species -- there's a load of them!) with other like-minded players to make your way to the top of the Hall of Fame. And if Exhibited is missing one of your favourite raptor species, you can always go over to the “Species Suggestions” board and it will get added.
Exhibited also provides informative fact files on every species featured in this site. One can educate oneself while enjoying the game all at the same time. In the battle zone, if your dinosaur wins, he/she will earn battle points and you will earn a monetary prize although the dinosaur can die, so it is realistic and entertaining at the same time. Besides that, there are also tons of beautiful art for you to ogle (no stealing though!) and a chat room for all members to hang out and have friendly conversations.
The superb creator and owner of our fantastic dinosaur virtual world (Kitty #1) has created an awesome game guide to guide you when you are stuck. She is very sociable and loves to submerge herself with her members. Exhibited has just entered the finishing stages and it is being recoded entirely to improve security (protection against hackers and so forth) and to maximize speed potential.

When Kitty, one of the mods on a horse sim called Equiverse, began having members test out Exhibited I was skeptical. Sim games are usually a tough thing to pull off because there are plenty of flaws to uncover and mistakes to make. Eventually, after playing a good game of twenty questions so that I could learn more about EX, I decided to give it a try and I definitely liked what I found.
Even in the Alpha stage, when there were constant changes and updates being brought to the game, Exhibited was fun to play and easy to love. The graphics were commisioned from several different people and come together nicely to provide EX with a beautifully detailed environment. Game play involves battling and breeding raptors and revolves around a point system with the top 25 raptors being displayed in the Hall of Fame in their respective categories (speed, intelligence, strength, etc.). Players continue to build upon their raptor bloodlines using generations of breeding and training.
Included in the game is its own unique story line which tells of a scientist named Brian Pollon who dreamed of returning dinosaurs to their former glory. He creates an island where they are created and bred, but, after a series of agressive outbursts, they are hunted down and destroyed. Unaffected by the rampant gene, the raptor family is left alive and under close observation by the group of scientists.
The owner of the site, Kitty, is extremely active and availible almost 24 hours a day to answer questions and fix problems. All of the players are close and very active. They are friendly and helpful and willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. Along with a chat room to converse with other raptor enthusiasts is a set of boards where you can flaunt your art, offer services, and discuss the game.
Exhibited currently hosts 12 different types of raptors, a battle system that helps to increase your raptor's stats, trials of different variaties, and a training arena. You can buy and sell your own supplies that help you to raise and care for your raptor. It contains the best elements of several different sim games. Its navigation, in the form of a map, resembles Hoof-Printz, training like Equiverse, a feeding and item system like Neopets, and an element of its own too. I would suggest this game for anyone who enjoys competing with other players, raising their own creatures, or being a part of a supportive community. Exhibited is a very original game, with very original people.
